  • BRIEF HISTORY

    Year 2001 witnessed the birth of a vision geared by the Odumosu family. This vision is what we today call Bayink Investment International (BII). In the same year, BII was registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a Limited Liability Company with registration number RC885299, as such, a privately owned company recognized as Bayink Investment International Limited (BIIL). BIIL is entrusted in the hands of Elder Olabanji Odumosu, who is currently the CEO.

    In pursuance of a broader spectrum for effective and efficient administrative performance, total supervision and control, BIIL generally serve as an umbrella body for the company’s structure departments, namely; Bayink Farm, Bayink Autos (Import & Export) and Bayink Boutique/Trade.

  • CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

    With the alarming rate of Unemployment, it is a well-known fact that agriculture provides the greatest potentials for employment, as well as production of food, cash crops and other commodities. Therefore, BIIL through Bayink Farm would on her part carry out her CSR  by Training and Retraining residents of the locality where our Farms are located in order to be employable in Agricultural establishments. These trainings will empower the participants to be more economically productive which invariably translate positively to the economy.

    More so, our expansion plan shall bring our Farm factory community into the global eye through our projected expansion forecast.
